Customer Relations Module (CRM)
The CRM module helps you manage customer relationships, track sales opportunities, and close more deals. It includes lead management, deal tracking, pipeline visualization, contract management, and form building.

Pipeline Setup
Before managing leads and deals, configure your sales pipeline.
Creating a Pipeline
- Navigate to CRM > Pipeline
- Click + Create Pipeline
- Enter Pipeline Name (e.g., "Enterprise Sales", "SMB Pipeline")
Configuring Lead Stages
- Go to CRM > Lead Stage
- Click + Create Lead Stage
- Enter: Stage Name, Pipeline, Order
Example Lead Stages:
1. New Lead
2. Contacted
3. Qualified
4. Proposal Sent
5. Negotiation
6. Converted / Lost
Lead Sources
- Go to CRM > Source
- Click + Add Source
- Examples: Website, Referral, Trade Show, Social Media, Cold Call
Lead Management
Leads are potential customers who haven't committed yet.
Creating a Lead
- Navigate to CRM > Leads
- Click + Create Lead
- Fill in: Name, Email, Phone, Subject, Pipeline, Stage, Source
- Click Create
Lead View Options
- List View: Tabular view with sorting and filtering
- Kanban Board: Visual pipeline view, drag and drop between stages
Lead Actions

Converting Lead to Deal
- Open the lead
- Click Convert to Deal
- System creates a deal with lead information
- Lead status updates to "Converted"
Deal Management
Deals represent active sales opportunities with potential revenue.
Creating a Deal
- Navigate to CRM > Deals
- Click + Create Deal
- Fill in: Name, Price, Pipeline, Stage, Sources, Products
- Click Create
Deal Pipeline View
The Kanban board shows deals organized by stage. Drag and drop to move deals between stages.
Deal Stages & Status
Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Contract Review → Closed

Contract Management
Creating a Contract
- Navigate to CRM > Contracts
- Click + Create Contract
- Enter: Contract Subject, Client, Contract Type, Value, Start/End Date
Contract Types
Configure types in CRM > Contract Type:
- Service Agreement
- NDA
- SLA
- Maintenance Contract
- Subscription Agreement
Contract Features
- Attachments: Upload signed documents
- Notes: Internal contract notes
- Comments: Team discussions
- Tasks: Contract-related tasks and renewal reminders
Form Builder
Create custom forms for lead capture.
Creating a Form
- Navigate to CRM > Form Builder
- Click + Create Form
- Enter Form Name, Thank You Message

Field types available:

- Pipeline Assignment: Default pipeline for leads
